Because the real strength emerges when \u201cI\u201d becomes \u201cwe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTalent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.\u201d ~<\/em> Michael Jordan<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why the Team Matters<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Even the most inspiring leader and the most committed individual become stronger in the right context. In times of uncertainty and change, it is the team\u2019s ability to stay united, support one another, and leverage differences that determines whether an organization succeeds or fails.<\/p>\n<p>I have encountered organizations filled with highly skilled individuals and ambitious leaders \u2013 but where the teams didn\u2019t work. The outcome was almost always the same: energy leaks, stress, lack of time, duplicated efforts, misunderstandings, and a culture of \u201cI\u201d and \u201cyou\u201d instead of a shared \u201cwe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Teamwork is much more than gathering a number of smart people in the same room. An organization running at half capacity. Engagement drops, stress, creativity fades, and results fail to materialize.<\/p>\n<p>So why do we still get stuck in these patterns?
