Employee surveys – Part 4 We want more positive feedback
And just as often, managers say:
“But I give plenty of feedback.”
So who is right? Both. And neither.
As we look back on the past year, we are filled with deep gratitude for all the incredible people we’ve had the privilege to meet – both in person and across digital connections.
“The road to a friend is never long,” as the saying goes, and through our work in coaching, leadership development, team building, conflict management, and so much more, it truly feels like we’ve gained friends all around the world.
When we look at the world map, we see all the places where our clients and collaborators are located. We think of you – each and every one of you – whom we’ve had the privilege to meet and work with. Look at your marker on the map and know that we’re thinking of you with a heartfelt THANK YOU!
If we were to summarize 2024 in one word, it would be: GRATITUDE.
Our Guiding Principles for the New Year: FAITH, HOPE, AND LOVE
In a world that sometimes feels uncertain and full of challenges, we want to focus our attention on what builds strength and brings positive energy:
Mahatma Gandhi is believed to have said: “Be the change you want to see in the world.” While we cannot change others, we can choose to change the way we think, act, and speak. Just imagine the difference a smile, a kind glance, a warm word, or a spontaneous hug can make. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to create a ripple of positivity. Let’s start today – and be generous with kindness!
Our Challenge to You
2025 is a year full of opportunities – opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally. We hope to have the chance to meet you, whether you’re curious about coaching, leadership development, or self-leadership.
Together, we want to support your success – in your career and in life as a whole. Why wait? Let’s start creating change today!
We look forward to connecting with you – and wish you a fantastic, successful, and joyful New Year 2025!
Warmly,
Christine & Tom

Our MCC & PCC certifications – renewed, once again.
Not because we have to. But because we want to.

Strong and trusting relationships are built over time – not just one day a year.
