K.Hartwall’s Management Team

We have been working diligently with K. Hartwall’s Management team for a year to build a shared, sustainable, and successful leadership culture. One of our most valuable insights has been understanding the difference between hearing and truly listening—and its decisive impact on effective leadership.

The Core Strengths SDI assessment provided participants with a deeper understanding of their own motivational drivers and strengths while also broadening their perspective on how others may be motivated by entirely different factors. This is particularly crucial in change management.

I want to emphasize the importance of using the right communication approach and language to foster collaboration and achieve goals effectively.

It has been an honor and a privilege to engage with logistics professionals who are committed to developing as leaders, exploring the many dimensions of leadership, and expanding their toolbox with impactful methods. In this international environment, we have built a strong community dedicated to continuous growth—both on an individual level and across the entire organization.

And of course, the journey to successful leadership never truly ends—because as leaders, we are never fully developed.

“I received useful tools for my profession! Good ideas for future use.”

– Stefan Lindh, Senior Vice President

Core Strengths SDI 2.0 Assessment

Instead of focusing on what we do, SDI 2.0 helps us understand why we act the way we do and how we relate to one another. With the help of Relationship Intelligence (RQ), SDI 2.0 establishes a common language that enables people to recognize and understand what matters most.
